Sumeet Tappoo is a well-known performer having been performing for the past 28 years. His first stage performance was at the age of 8. Now, after 500 successful concerts in India, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Fiji Islands and having performed with legends such as Shankar Mahadevan, Hariharan, Pankaj Udhas, Anup Jalota, Suresh Wadekar, Talat Aziz, Shaan and more, he has become a recognisable face and is loved by his fans for his soulful voice.

His debut Pop Album “Meri Deewangi”, released by Eros International, peaked at #2 on the Times of India Charts and remained in Top 10 for over 35 weeks. He has approximately 5 Million Views of his videos on YouTube and was honoured by Facebook to sign the prestigious “Celebrity Wall” at their Headquarters in Silicon Valley (USA) in December 2014. He has won many awards and has been felicitated by various organisations around the world. He is also philanthropist involved in raising funds for various charitable, social, spiritual & religious organisations all over the world.

He is coming to Auckland and will be performing songs from the Golden Years which would be a Tribute to the Legends and even newer Bollywood songs for upcoming youngsters. This event is proudly brought to you by “New Zealand Cultural Trust”.
